Most music and dance teachers are paid for the lessons they teach, at rates that differ by program and lesson length. Skooly Academy's payroll module handles exactly that:
Three pay types: hourly (with overtime above a weekly threshold), monthly salary, or per class / per student.
Per-program rates: each program a tutor teaches gets its own rate — flat, per hour, or per student — and rates scale with actual lesson duration. A 60-minute lesson on a 30-minute rate pays twice the rate, automatically.
A guaranteed base pay can sit under per-class earnings, so part-time tutors have a floor.
