On Starter and Growth you move up a tier; on Premium you simply pay a small add-on per additional enrolled child per month (for example RM 4 in Malaysia). Your data is never affected.
Yes — and it's the default view on this page. Pay for 10 months, get 12: the annual plan gives you 2 months free. It's our only discount; we never discount the monthly list price.

No. Parent access is completely free. They can view daily reports, communicate with teachers, and make payments through the app.
For collecting fees from your parents: instant bank transfers carry 0% Skooly fees where available (PayNow in Singapore, DuitNow/FPX in Malaysia). Card payments carry a 0.8–1% platform fee. For your own subscription, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Every tier includes Daily Reports & Photos at 4 photos per update. Photos are kept full-quality for 24 months, then auto-compressed to archive — your parents' photo history is never held hostage. Need more space? Add 50 GB for a small monthly fee (for example RM 30 in Malaysia) or upgrade your tier.
