Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in Singapore, and isolated per organization with role-based access for staff and parents. We build to Singapore's PDPA and Malaysia's PDPA. We never sell your data or use it for advertising — it is shared only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. You can import students, staff, and program data via CSV. Our support team can also help with custom data migration from your existing systems.
For collecting fees from your parents: instant bank transfers carry 0% Skooly fees where available (PayNow in Singapore, DuitNow/FPX in Malaysia). Card payments carry a 0.8–1% platform fee via the gateway. For your own subscription, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
Storage is sized so a normal centre never notices the cap. If you do reach it, add an extra 50 GB for a small monthly fee (for example S$10 in Singapore or RM 30 in Malaysia), or upgrade your tier. Media is kept full-quality for 24 months, then auto-compressed to archive — and uploads never hard-stop mid-month.
